The machine's touch screen operation interface uses a 10-inch large screen, providing an intuitive and simple operating experience. Users can easily adjust and design plates. It also supports the storage of 20 kinds of plate data and customized color LOGO, meeting the needs of personalized production.
In terms of edge banding function, CM-1000 is equipped with a 2600ml glue pot assembly, which supports PUR and EVA hot melt adhesives. The internal Teflon layer design effectively prevents glue adhesion and reduces waste. There are a wide variety of edge sealing strips, including fully enclosed running strips, U-shaped grooves and veneer edge sealing to ensure that there is no deviation or breakage during transportation. The newly added U-shaped limit groove and auxiliary automatic feeding function further improving the accuracy and convenience of edge banding. The hot air auxiliary system can improve the bonding strength of edge strips or panels in winter, and the application of infrared laser sensing technology controls the edge-banding butt error within ±0.3mm, achieving precise head-to-tail docking and reducing manual intervention.
The design of the trimming unit also reflects the high efficiency of the KN700-3. The trimming start and stop device adopts photoelectric induction, and the intelligent acceleration and deceleration function ensures the trimming effect while increasing the processing speed. The design of top and bottom trimming, combines with flexible edge scraping, eliminates the need for secondary processing after trimming. The direction of the trimming motor can be changed according to different edge banding strip materials to better handle trimming problems. In addition, the plate thickness-free adjustment function allows the machine to quickly adapt to plates of different thicknesses without manual adjustment.
CM-1000 also has many other advantages, such as the circular stacked arm design provides stronger physical load-bearing capacity, the 2L pressure storage tank ensures the normal operation of pneumatic components, and the 4 cleaning devices can automatically spray glue clearing liquid , the spray size is adjustable, further improving production efficiency.
Compared with KN-620-3, CM-1000 has significant improvements in precise docking, speed, motor configuration, auxiliary feeding and automatic acceleration and deceleration. Laser tape breaking technology makes the docking error smaller and the edge sealing speed faster, and the use of servo motors provides more stable performance.
