Not long ago, our YINTAI series launched a new fully automatic straight and oblique edge banding machine F351. ① It can make three shapes, namely pure straight, pure oblique and straight and oblique edge banding, and the straight and oblique edge can achieve four-sided edge banding. Outstanding selling points:
1.21.5-inch large touch screen, plate thickness selection, process shape, pressure beam height setting parameters are switched in one piece.
2.Heavy pressure beam conveying, speed 12 meters/minute, encoder metering during conveying, precise movement, regular refueling, to ensure smooth operation of the chain block and increase durability.
3.The milling part is equipped with 3 process shapes as standard, one-button switching. Split diamond milling cutter, adopts a jump cutter structure, and the milling structure is mature and stable.
4.Edge banding edge slotting: The height and depth of the edge banding slotting are adjusted by hand-wheel, which is convenient and quick to adjust.
5.The upper glue pot can be used for both PUR/EVA glue.
6.Independent oblique pressing: 4 straight wheels, 4 oblique wheels for pressing, and an auxiliary oblique pressing wheel is added. The straight pressing wheel and the oblique pressing wheel each have a hot air gun, which makes heating and pasting more firmly. The cylinder controls the pressing wheel to switch to different positions to process different shapes of plates.
7.Head and end cutting: The pressure can be adjusted separately to quickly cut off the front and rear edge banding strips to achieve high precision and high efficiency. Silencer saw blade, small noise, no edge collapse.
8.Trimming assembly: Trimming adopts upper rough trimming + lower fine trimming. When switching shapes, the switching cylinder automatically moves to achieve the switching of three shapes of trimming.
9.Scraping assembly: There are upper flat scraping, upper arc scraping and lower arc scraping for plates with different milling shapes, which presents better results.
10.Polishing assembly: The polishing wheels rotate inward and remove excess glue marks to make the edge banding smoother and cleaner.
