Through contact with a large number of furniture markets and visits to our own customers, we have found two machines with a relatively large number of applications. Which old friends are they?

One is our king machine KN700-3. Because of its outstanding performance in edge banding and trimming, it is deeply loved by new and old customers and has always been at the top of our shipments; the other one, you would never guess, it is our F350, why is it it? Although it only has a 45-degree oblique and straight process, it has a wide range of applications. Our Begonia corner splicing, cabinet drawer board, cabinet door degree, etc. are all its credit.

Although our F350 is excellent, in order to meet the new needs of customers, we have launched a fully automatic edge banding machine that can do four-sided oblique and straight. What kind of process is it?

How does our 470X work? First, the double-knife pre-milling 3.5KW*2 ensures that the board does not collapse, followed by the edge banding slotting, and the third step is the gluing part. We use a 2000ml glue pot with upgraded functions: it can lock and adjust the glue; after that, we have 12 rounds of pressing, 4 auxiliary pressings in the front plus 1 front pressing and 1 back pressing, a total of 4 groups; next is the most critical part of this machine, the front trimming and upper trimming are completed at the same time, and the rear trimming and lower trimming are completed at the same time. This is the key part that 470X can form four sides of straight at one time compared to F350. After that, it is scraping. Finally, our polishing part has two polishing cloth wheels.
