LM-05 is an advanced PUR linear fully automatic edge banding machine for aluminum honeycomb and wood panels. It is highly efficient and multifunctional and is suitable for edge banding of a variety of panels.

Product Features：

Glue machine: Standard dual-color PUR glue machine, no-clean glue pot design, control screen supports one-key switching of two different colors of glue, white and natural color, reasonable selection according to needs, more natural after edge banding.

Speed adjustment: Medium speed (13 m/min) is suitable for aluminum honeycomb and wood board edge banding, high speed (23 m/min) mode is suitable for wood board edge banding, adapting to the edge banding needs of different boards.

Applicable board specifications:Machine board minimum width 120 mm, minimum length 140 mm, edge band width 14-60 mm, board thickness 12-60 mm, edge band thickness 0.4-3 mm.

Machine structure and function：

Crawler pressure beam: avoid indentation and protect board.

Feeding device: The conveyor adopts 5.5KW motor, high-power motor, from milling to edge banding, one-time molding, intelligent operation and smooth, fast production speed and stable quality.

Pre-milling function: Jump cutter type 2.2KW double pre-milling, standard diamond pre-milling cutter

Diamond pre-milling cutter: Compared with ordinary blades, it has high hardness and strong wear resistance, can maintain extremely high cutting accuracy during the cutting process, and can be reused after grinding, saving more manpower and material costs.

Strip board: Multiple limit positions to prevent the edge banding strip from shifting and moving backwards during operation, causing mistakes and ensuring smooth edge banding

Glue pot device: No-cleaning PUR glue pot, double glue hose design, two-color use does not affect each other, glue machine control one-key color switching.

Pressing unit: A total of 13 rounds of pressing, 5 rounds of offset pressing wheels, for cylinder-type front and rear pressing, offset, no damage to the plate, forward pressing, easy to adjust, 8 rounds of offset rubber wheel pressing, compared with belt pressing, low maintenance cost, improve the adhesion firmness.

End cutting: Cut off the excess edge banding strips at the front and back of the board, cut quickly to ensure even and smooth ends, with pressure relief function to reduce the pressure on the board.

Trimming unit: One set of rough trimming and fine trimming, trim off the excess edge banding materials on the top and bottom of the board, so that the upper and lower edges of the edge banding are flush with the upper and lower surfaces of the board, with trimming and air blowing to remove dust, to prevent dust and debris from affecting the trimming effect.

Profiling tracking: It adopts heavy-duty 4-motor profiling tracking, and the 4 motors are respectively used to track the front upper corner, front lower corner, rear upper corner, and rear lower corner, each performing its own duties. Heavy-duty tracking, less resonance, and more stable tracking effect.

Scraping unit: Aluminum-wood special flat arc scraping, positioning wheel flat, large positioning area, more stable scraping. Profiling flat scraping, with directional blowing, more stable scraping, easy to remove excess residual glue.

Polishing system: Double polishing, can be polished according to the actual color depth of the board, the polishing cloth wheel is not mixed, the polishing effect is better

Control panel: Extra large control screen, clear content identification, equipped with mouse and keyboard, convenient and quick adjustment of functions, support language customization.

Wide strip (smooth strip): After pulling apart, it increases the compatibility of the board and facilitates the operation of large boards.
