Our latest handle-free edge banding machine can make 20 handle-free shapes and straight edge banding, such as horn handles, diamonds, teardrop shapes, etc., with pre-milling, gluing, pressing, rough trimming, head and tail trimming, fine trimming, scraping edge, polishing and cleaning, full-featured and stable performance.

For the latest curved edge banding machine, the machine uses laser precision tape cutting, and the docking error is only ±0.3mm; and the machine comes with auxiliary feeding, which can achieve fully automatic edge banding for conventional shaped plates, such as round, rectangular, rounded rectangle, etc. The machine has added gravity sensing to the trimming part of the machine, which can achieve double-sided trimming for plates within 14-70mm, which can help furniture manufacturers save manpower and shorten the construction period.

And this year we have just developed and launched the fully automatic aluminum-wood edge banding machine LM-05, which is an advanced PUR linear fully automatic edge banding machine for aluminum honeycombs and wood boards. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and versatility, and is suitable for edge banding of various plates. The machine uses a standard two-color PUR glue machine, a no-clean glue pot design, and the control screen supports one-button switching of two different colors of glue, white and natural color. Choose reasonably according to needs, and the edge banding will be more natural. LM-05 is suitable for boards with a minimum width of 120 mm, a minimum length of 140 mm, an edge band of 14-60 mm, a board thickness of 12-60 mm, and an edge band thickness of 0.4-3 mm. The machine is also equipped with a medium speed (13 m/min) for aluminum honeycomb and wood board edge banding, and a high speed (23 m/min) mode for wood board edge banding, which can meet the edge banding needs of different boards.

In addition, we will also exhibit fully automatic edge banding machines specifically for L-shaped door panels, 45° oblique straight edge banding machines, large or small straight and curved edge banding machines, etc.
