Based on customer feedback and purchases, our factory has recently developed a curved edge banding machine - KN810. We have introduced it in previous news. This machine is an all-in-one sealing and repairing machine with double movable stacking arms. So what about this machine? What is the difference from our previous KN700-3? Is it a simple combination of KN700-3 and movable stacking arms? No, KN810 has made many upgrades and improvements on this basis.
First of all, there is the most obvious change in the size of the machine. The KN810 machine covers an area of about 2.4*2.5 meters and the working area is about 6*4.5m, while the KN700-3 has a working area of only 4*4 meters. The length of the stacked arm has also increased from the original 2.25 meters to 2.4 meters, and the load-bearing capacity has also increased accordingly, with a maximum load-bearing capacity of 120KG. The maximum plate size that can be processed is 1.8*3.8 meters compared to the 1.2*2.4 meters of the KN700-3. At the same time, the stacked arm has a braking function to prevent the arm from swinging, making the operation smoother and the overall stability of the fuselage will be better, machine leveling is simpler and can perform edge banding and trimming at the same time, improving work efficiency and production speed.
The second point is to upgrade the control system. The KN810 control system supports remote connection monitoring and upgrades, which can provide customers with after-sales guidance more conveniently.The KN700-3 does not have this function.
The third point is that KN700-3 can rotate ±15° in the edge sealing part, while KN810 has a rotating track design in the edge sealing assembly and edge trimming assembly, and the angle can be adjusted according to the size and shape of the plate, and the edge sealing part can be rotated ±35°, the trimming part can be rotated ±45°, which can adapt to the processing needs of different plate shapes.
The fourth point is that the methods for adjusting the thickness of the plate in the trimming part are different. KN700-3 uses gravity sensing, so there is no need to manually adjust the thickness of the plate, while KN810 uses a digital display to adjust the thickness of the plate, which requires manual adjustment, but it is also very easy to operate.
