The New Fully Automatic Curve Sealing And Trimming Machine KN810 Was Successfully Launched

Compared with the traditional curve sealing and trimming machine, this machine has updated the double-stacked arm structure, and edge sealing and trimming can be performed at the same time. The advantages of this machine are as follows:

(1) Rotating double-stacked arm structure: edge sealing and trimming each have their own stacking arms that work independently, and the stacking arms of the edge sealing part can seal and trim (one person can easily seal a large board); two people can seal small boards at the same time with double arms to improve efficiency. The gantry milling machine at the installation site is milled flat to ensure parallelism and facilitate operation. The total length of the stacking arm is 240cm (excluding the suction cup), the small arm is φ114mm, and the large arm is φ165mm; standard 30/14cm suction cup (can firmly absorb the plate to prevent it from hanging in the air, and the edge sealing is fast and stable); load-bearing ≤120kg Ø Processable (suction cup): round ≤3.8 meters square ≥0.4*0.4 meters ≤1.8*3.8 meters L-shaped ≤1.5*3.2 meters;

(2) Open and close limiter and pressure strip assembly: automatically return to the position when the belt is fed; automatically open when the edge banding belt is finished. (Avoid the accumulation of glue due to the long-term rotation of the rubber roller).

(3) The angle of the edge banding and trimming assembly is adjustable: suitable for a variety of plates to increase compatibility. (Edge banding rotation angle ±35°, trimming rotation angle ±45°).

(4) Stacking arm brake: release the suction cup, the brake automatically starts to prevent the arm from swinging.

(5) Adopt glue pot type glue coating assembly:

① PUR/EVA glue can be used alone;

② Can pass 7cm edge banding;

③ Glue pot capacity 2600ml, avoid multiple glue additions;

④ Teflon coating, prevent glue hanging and glue accumulation, improve utilization;

(6) Assisted automatic feeding: suitable for circles, ovals, and rounded rectangles (confirm the starting point, because the straight edge laser docking requires a distance of 40cm); when the speed of the bonding wheel is adjusted, this speed must also change accordingly. Large panels require manual assistance

(7) Laser distance measurement docking: The edge banding self-breaks and the head and tail are connected, and the docking error is ±0.3mm (the straight edge length is greater than 40cm).

(8) Edge banding and pressing are servo-driven, with stable feeding and precise docking.

(9) Automatic acceleration and deceleration: Automatically decelerates at corners, allowing workers to turn the board easily (deceleration points can be set when edge banding; photoelectric switches are automatically sensed when trimming)

(10) One-touch glue removal from glue pot: Click "one-touch glue removal" directly on the touch screen to quickly and easily change different glues.

(11) Automatic glue removal spray: Avoid glue sticking on the laminating wheel and pressure strip board.

(12) Auxiliary hot air: Heat the edge banding strip to soften it, making it more firmly attached to the board.

(13) Brand new 2nd generation cutter assembly: ultra-fast response, ensuring vertical cutting accuracy (◎ double column balance, stable cutter◎ compact structure, good cutting flatness◎ cutting width up to 70mm◎ cutting thickness 3mm)

(14) Meter-based tape cutting: set the length and automatically cut the tape (use this function when the straight edge length is greater than 40cm)

(16) Standard secondary auxiliary bonding wheel: the edge banding strip and the board are pressed twice to increase the bonding strength.

(18) Profiling power wheel: When trimming, the plate rotates according to the speed of the profiling wheel, making the trimming smoother and more fluent.

(19) Upper and lower trimming: The trimming knives rotate at the same time, and the upper and lower excess edge banding strips are trimmed at one time.

(20) Follow-up scraping: After the trimming is completed, the excess edge banding strips and glue lines are scraped off (double bevel, high utilization rate).

(21) PTFE gas column: fix the plate, automatically suck air to prevent scratching the plate.

(22) High-efficiency dust collection: dense brush with 150mm thick dust collection tube, the debris is sucked into the vacuum cleaner (open the dust collection before trimming).

(23) High-strength frame: the machine body is 173cm long, 207cm wide and 151cm high (excluding arms and support plates). Auxiliary feeding height is 151cm. Optional function Small workpiece operation platform: suitable for small plate edge banding;
