The core PLC motherboard and touch screen of the DT568 arc edge banding machine are both of the Xinjie brand, ensuring intelligent operation and precise control of the equipment, making both parameter setting and equipment status monitoring easy and convenient. The main motor is a 2.2KW Guangdong Jinli motor, which has strong power and stable operation, providing a solid power guarantee for the efficient operation of the equipment. Key electrical components such as contactors and power switches are all from the well-known brand Chint Electric, which has extremely high reliability, effectively reducing the risk of equipment failure and extending its service life.

In terms of functions, the ZY568 arc edge banding machine has all the functions of isolating agent spraying, diamond knife pre-milling, edge band grooving, automatic gluing, top to bottom trimming, top and bottom trimming, top and bottom plate cleaning, and top and bottom polishing. It is worth mentioning that the glue pot adopts a glue pot design with a capacity of 2 liters. In addition, the transfer plate adopts a side vertical plate structure, with an entire aluminum profile pressure beam and an entire widened and thickened aluminum profile bottom beam, making the equipment more stable and firm, effectively preventing the plate from shaking during the conveyance process, and ensuring edge sealing accuracy.
